Operations Manager (1) – Davao Depot

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent;
• Male or Female, 30– 45 years old;
• Highly analytical, organized, detail-oriented and a team-player;
• Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment is a must;
• Self-motivated with good verbal and written communication skills;
• With at least 3 years work experience in same capacity, preferably in a Direct Selling or Multi-Level Marketing company;
• With a high level of knowledge in HRD, Purchasing, Production Planning & Inventory Control Systems and Project Management Function;

Training Assistant (1)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of  Bachelor of Science in Communication Arts/ Mass Communication / or equivalent
• With at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Male or Female with pleasing personality; at least 25-40 years old
• Knowledgeable in preparing training modules and visual presentations
• Required skills: Excellent communication (Oral and Written) and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Efficient coordination skills in training activities
• Must be willing to travel
